Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping fee is free if overall order is equivalent or above USD 500.00

Shipping fee is free for all orders placed from United Arab Emirates.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).  The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Additional Information

1. We will send you a photo of your order(s) after completion by our artists for your approval before shipment and improve it, if necessary, until you are satisfied. The whole process takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
2. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after the oils have sufficiently dried.
3. We offer FREE Packaging, FREE Handling, FREE Insurance and Lowest fixed cost of shipping delivery and import fee worldwide with the top courier company. You won’t get a better deal anywhere else.
4. All paintings are securely packed for transportation, so the painting will arrive in perfect condition.  We will redo your order without any cost to you if your package is lost or misplaced during transportation.
5. If the product is damaged during transportation, the customer should provide evidence such as photo of the damaged painting. We make a refund or provide a replacement without any charge to the customer.
6. For our regular customers, we also provide free replacement, free exchange or credits for any unsatisfactory quality if the product is sent back within 15 days at customer’s expense.
